I dig the new pic, not so much the new colors.

I agree that a darker shade would probably work better for me.

But a darker shade of green would be the Illearth Stone color! 8O

When you did that, did all the images on the page reload--did the page take longer than usual?
I'm not sure if I remember right, but it might be Ctrl+Refresh on Internet Explorer, not Shift.

Is that a bad thing?

Ah. Oh. :) I never remember things like that. I actually thought it was freestanding...I must have made that up at some stage ;)

And I'm not 100% sold on the green...

Opposite him, across a gap of open air beyond the wall, stood a mountain. It rose hugely from cliffs level with his perch to a sun-bright peak still tipped with snow high above him, and its craggy sides filled nearly half the slab's horizons.
;)

(Another thing many depictions of KW get wrong: the wall around the platform is a complete circle--the stairs come through a hole in the floor, not a gap in the wall.
As some other Watchers will confirm, I'm sure, once I've read a book twice or more I tend to remember a lot of little details.)

You've totally obliterated the mental image I had of (Runes spoiler!!):
Spoiler
Kevins Watch being blown apart by that ceasure.
;)

I never remember things like that. I am fond of saying "I have a memory like a sieve"...when it comes to written word anyway.

The verdict is in. I really don't like the green.

I like now that everything is green, but the text should be black. IMHO

The green is really ugly.

IMHO, of course. ;)

The pic is great and I kind of like the new colour scheme but a bit darker on the green could be helpful.

Seriously, though.

The green is fine. :)
