If we do not act unless we are certain there would be no unfavorable, unforseen consequences, we would all be completely paralyzed with fear.

And even then, those who once worshiped us might take our inaction as a sign of our displeasure with them, and begin killing each other to make amends.

It has come to my attention that the new judge is sentencing convicts to work in chain gangs at manual labor in the Arts District. For this I am grateful, as the District is looking more safe and secure.

Tell me, if you can. Are there any rumors afloat of musically gifted among the convicted? The discipline of Song may help make better citizens of the convicted at the end of their sentences.
