GARTH... is CORRECT!!!Furls Fire wrote:ooops...sorry, Garth then

OK.... next question! (hey, I don't have to be the only one asking questions here.. so far I have been stumped TWICE!)
What was the name of the High Lord that created the custom of surrendering the High Lordship when he/she felt that the responsibilities of the job outweighed the abilities of the person?

Ooohh, now i remember, when Prothall tried (well not tried to, but offered) to give up the high lordship, in LFB. I think the name was Valiant or Vailant. If not i'll go for Loric and think maybe you were being cryptic with that answer, you know -Vile-silencer? Am i right(need to redeem myself here, that last answer was a shambles)?

Kevin son of Ireland, YOU are CORRECT!!
The answer was High Lord Vailant. WOW... good memory!!! I only remember the name because High Lord Prothall said, "rock and root, the trial of these times is too great for me" and I always thought that was such a goofy saying...
OK... (dredging up more lore here)
Next question: What was the command word used to control Vain (once only?)

I think thats an easier one mrKABC, i think!!! I hope i'm right here, because i've been a lightle "cocky" in answering but i doubt that i could be wrong about this one. Necrimah, or something to that effect. Okay if that is correct then it must be my turn, right? What was the name of the other bloodgaurd who went with TC, Elena and Bannor on the quest for the seventh ward?
LOL... Kevin you are doing awesome! And so is dlbpharmd as well... he got to the answer "First Mark Morin" before I did... <grinning> And yes, "nekrimah" was the answer!Kevin son of Ireland wrote:I think thats an easier one mrKABC, i think!!! Hmmmm... yes, it was your turn, and now it's dlbpharmd's turn... but since dlbpharmd didn't ask a question, what the hell...
After the destruction of Soaring Woodhelven (before the Lords showed up), there were two survivors left. What were there names?

Oh crap, Pietten and, and ah sh** i think this is wrong but i'll say Laura. I know it's probably not that because it's a very earthly name, but is it close? Laura, nah definitely not! But i get half a point for Pietten right???? Come on you gotta give me it man, LOL.

Ya know Kevin, you are ON FIRE!!! The answer was Llaura (close enough for government work!) and Pietten...Kevin son of Ireland wrote:Oh crap, Pietten and, and ah sh** i think this is wrong but i'll say Laura. Man, I'm gonna have to make these tougher. Hey, you didn't ask a trivia question of your own?
In that case, I'll hit ya again...
What was the name of the bridge that provided the only access into Mount Thunder across the River Landrider? (there once had been a Word of Warning at the top of the span...)

Aha, it's Warrenbridge is it not? i think maybe you do make your questions a little easier than most mrKABC. But thats all well and good, and at least you're not cheating like some people might be. Anyway her's one back for you: What were the Names of the two lords who originally went on the Mission to Sereach (TIW), and also, who were the three Bloodgaurd who retuened with the Fragment of the Illearth stone to revelstone? Thats a big one, 5 points on offer, LOL.

Congrats on the right answer!!
LOL.... your question - that's an easy one!
The Lords were Hyrim and Shetra.
The Corrupted Bloodguard were Korik, Sill, and Doar.
<grinning> How did I do?
IF I was correct, I'll bounce another one off ya: (time to make these harder I guess)
What were the names of the two Ramen that accompanied Bannor and Foamfollower to the Colossus of the Fall? (and were subsequently mastered by Ravers?)

AAAAArrrrggghhhhhhhhh, nothing, i get nothing. Mind is totally blank, not a thing, nadda, zilch. I'm guessing these guy'swere only mentioned once or maybe twice - yes probably after the staff of law was destroyed and Foamfollower or bannor told TC the story of how they had arrived there. Well, i aint never gonna get this so i guess i should sit back and wait for someone to come to the rescue!!! Come on men, get those guesses in.

In Illearth War, name the Bloodguard assigned to guard Lord Hyrim.
