Okay, have done so. Nice site, Lucimay. I should think about getting my own blog space one of these days. I can see the benefits of being able to rant and rave without annoying the hell out of fellow Watchers.
(Heh, let the dismantling of the KW community begin. To each our own site!)

You should know first that I frequently visit the blogs of Watchers, to comment on their postings there.

Nice shot, Lucimay. I have yet to try my hand at B&W photography.
I'm just not a people picture-taker, so here's more nature crap

:
(click on the thumbnails for larger versions)
These were taken with my rudimentary 2 MP camera then run through Paint Shop Pro. I've been having fun learning some post-processing tricks. Who knew you could actually learn something from how-to manuals? I used the Unsharp Mask filter to clear up fuzziness, then applied Soft Focus to smooth out the harsher edge details. That also gives the pictures a nostalgic kind of glow that I like. There's still some ugly blue-purple hues, but overall I think I managed to turn what were otherwise hideously flawed images into presentable photographs (to my inexpert eyes, anyway). Sorry for babbling on. Just sharing my, uh, joy of image manipulation.
