I don't think anyone has ever called me by my real name at any gathering. But I have been refered to as "Cowboy" more than once.

When I've met watchers in the past, we've generally called each other by usernames for the first couple of hours, but that soon stops. Though we do continue to refer to other members by their usernames.
You do get some funny looks when passers-by overhear you talking about Darth Revan, Hierachy, Lord Foul, and so on.
