If I could rearrange molecules in the universe at will I'd build a castle out of golden cheese, make an army out of synthetically-grown robots, and wage a full-on, three front war against poverty, puberty, and Pier One.

If you 've got a heart then you have the raw materials you need to pump blood through your circulatory system. Without the aforementioned heart you have little chance of accomplishing this amazing feat.
