Beorn received an offer today for a $120K scholarship package to attend Auburn...:faint:

...too bad he (so far) has no interest in them.
Tell him that I said WARDAMNEAGLE!
heh.
I saw that response coming...

But seriously, he doesn't see any majors at Auburn that interest him that the schools that do interest him don't offer.

Hyperception is holding on to the offer paperwork though, to use as a bargaining chip with the schools Beorn is interested in, if such is possible...

I know that I haven't popped in here for a while now, but we got a big one in the swamp this Saturday night.

Based on what I have seen thus far this season, it ain't gonna be pretty.

5 & 0 is still 5 & 0...but this game will separate the men from the boys.

Geaux Tigers...please?

Sorry Menolly, but I'm going to have to go with Lucky Les in this one. LSU in a nail biter.

I'm pleased as punch that South Carolina has upset #1 ranked Alabama by two touchdowns!

I nailed the UF/LSU game. And I am happy as a lark that Bama went down.

WARDAMNEAGLE!

To quote the Mad Hatter 'just another day in the SEC'.

What a nervous victory that was...

Now you all know why, in the dictonary under suffering there is a photo of a Gamecock fan. Every great victory must be balanced by an equivilently ignominious defeat.

Although I will continue to root for the Gators, I think I am going to jump on the WARDAMNEAGLE bandwagon this year. I don't think I know any Alabama fans...

*buries head in hands*

I really hope Foley and Meyer come to an agreement regarding day-to-day coaching by Meyer. His health is more important than the game, but for the team what was arranged is obviously not working...

This is the year of the Saints who are my SB favorite. LSU OTOH needs to wait for Jordan Jefferson to graduate before heading back to the promised land...

I believe that he is as prepared as he is going to be this year (Jefferson) as this is his senior year.

With our defense and running game, all he has to do is manage the game. We shouldn't be in a situation that we have to ask him to go out and win the game.

...cases in point...

2003 National Champion QB Matt Mauck

2007 National Champion QB Matt Flynn

Surely no Heisman quality candidates listed above....

Matt Flynn was doing a damn fine job for the packers last I checked. Maybe what you say will be enough, but sooner or later Jefferson just is what he is.
