(But there ARE two Melanie's in the group, and there's even a Melanie C, like me... so yeah. I'd be her. She's sporty spice.

I'm happy it's Friday. I am looking forward to a lazy weekend. I'm having dinner with some friends on Sunday night. I'll be making my infamous beef stroganoff. Might try to sneak in a brunch on Saturday with my friend Canaan. Other than that, not much happening.

Feeling good today, finally booked our flights to Cape Town, get there 30th December, just in time to celebrate new year and leave the day before the Spice Girls concert there - how's that for good timing
Apart from that, just ambling along at work this week, and trying to chill out and have fun with the kids when I'm not at work.

Guns sends his regards, guys. He wanted me to let you all know what's up with his brother: His tumor is still there, but it's smaller. He can get one more radioactive blast. He's getting more MRIs done of his body to make sure nothing nasty is going on there. Also, there's a chance that he's moving out closer to his family so they'll be better able to care for him.
Send prayers/thoughts/all that good stuff his way, him and his brother both need it.
