This morning before I woke up I was dreaming something about Marid and other characters from TWL.

That's both cool and creepy, MsMary.

Last night I dreamed I was home, up and making coffee early in the morning. However, "home" in this dream (and others before) means a composite of the homes I've lived in. The kitchen will be from one house. Turn around and the hallway will be from a different house.

One "trend" I've noticed in my dreams about being at home is that I'm seeing less of family members - they just don't populate my dreams as much as they used to. It's mainly me roaming around an empty house doing my own activities, as in last night's dream. I'm guessing this is a reflection of my living alone these days.

Later on, I dreamed I was in a store checking out some merchandise. Then I heard some distant sound like an alarm. I looked around and saw that customers and staff were leaving the store. Then it hit me that I was back in the old Eaton's department store downtown. (This venerable store closed permanently in 2000 and was demolished.) A friendly saleswoman briefly spoke to me, then walked away and disappeared behind a screen door. Then I joined the exodus out of the store.

I had another time travel dream, this one I had to go into the past and help "Steven" pull off some espionage during WWII. Unfortunately I don't currently know anyone named Steven, so that was odd.

The espionage, but mostly considering the time frame WWII. I'd be the expert on Steven, as I've dated three guys with that name.

I had a short fling with one Steven (see the Little Known facts thread and my post about karma for more details on that), and I had two very close friends named Steven when I was in college. But I have no one in my life at this point who is named Steven.
