No, I probably should. I've gone back to taking multivitamins (I used to take one every day because I regularly got nausea/dizzy spells...and they seemed to help). Maybe after a day or two of taking them I might feel more normal. I keep putting on my list of things to do "go see a doctor, get some blood tests done" but...well...I never do much on my to do lists!

...if Luci sees this she's going to have my head...

*nodding*

I know what you mean. But make the effort to take care of you. SOS needs you healthy, if for no other reason.

...yeah, yeah...I should take my own advice...I know Lucimay...I just haven't done it yet...

ITMT, add some green leafy vegetables to your diet, and if you haven't been outside in the cold, try to get as much natural sunlight as you can. SAD is real and can severely affect people in the winter.

Ah, well, that's never a problem. I walk everywhere so I'm outside every day...wind...hail...shine (not much shinin' going on here at the moment, just gale force winds! BAH!).

But thanks for the advice Menolly. :)

Stressed out....had to make an emergency vet visit for my big boy. He stopped eating and lost ALOT of weight. While he is a bit young for old age renal failure I am almost sure thats what it is.

I'm feeling very existential today.

I feel jawesome (yes, jawesome). I recorded my first song (or hit single, to be correct) in ages. It feels good to be making music again.

All I need is some headphones to do some multi-tracking, some new guitar strings, and to borrow my friend's 8$ Casio.

That is the truth, Bingley. I hear you intend to purchase a new estate!

I'm exhausted and prepared to be even more exhausted. Been at the hospital all day meeting and learning how to care for Hayden, our new (temporary) foster son. I'm the only one the system could find that's staying at home so we now have him for two to six months. He was shaken and slammed and had a stoke which wiped out his left side for awhile (the person responsible is in jail). But now he can almost walk/run on his left foot and his speech has come back (and man even though he's 2 and a half he talks like a four year old) he's still somewhat blind in his left eye, but even that's improving.

He's very cute and very active--I'm thoroughly wiped out from playing with him for five hours straight. If I'm not as active here as I was it will be do to working with him, alot, he needs to be watched alot more than Elora and wears a helmet and has a guide-belt. Boy is Miss Elora going to be surprised when she comes back from daycare and discovers her new roomate! :P (don't worry Jenn I'll make it to the MN read...but I may have to cut out my latenight backgammon forays)

Wow! Danlo, that's exciting. Poor little guy to have had such a crappy thing happen to him, but lucky little guy to have you and Leslie in his life even if only for a short while.
Now if I could just find a way to wear live bees as jewelry all the time.....

Oh, I keep meaning to say: Me and Seasis are going to an Elton John concert on December 15th! Just him and his piano. Seasis is a mad mad MAD Elton fan (has been since she was 12 or something) and has been to every one of his concerts in the last 10 years....although the last one she was preggers and got some virus and ended up having to leave half way through then puked near some rubbish bin on a busy Melbourne street! hehehehe!

Anyway, she's got us second row seats in the front block! She paid! She rocks! I hope I survive the experience as I'm sure she'll SCREAM through the whole thing!

Hayden has had a bit of extremely good luck to get you, Danlo, and Lady Tam in his life!
