Ok I am not as quick off the mark as many of you 😂

List some of the ways the Gap Series aligns with Wagners Der Ring Des Nibelungen. If you wish provide you may expand your reasoning but thats completely up to you. Let the games begin.

Maybe this is too easy 🤔

Hmmm...at the moment, all I can think of is that Warden is based on Wotan. I'll try to give this more thought! :!:

Okay, I know the dwarfs of the Ring cycle have their counterpart in the Amnion of the Gap.

And Sieglund and Siegmund are counterparts to Morn and Angus (which I guess makes young Davies the counterpart to Siegfried).

Thanks, Skyweir! I'm still loving it that we're keeping this thread going!

New question: Orn Vorbuld told Morn that he put a virus in Captain's Fancy's computers the day he came aboard. How did he do that, exactly (what did he use)?

Oooh you cheeky monkey 😂

He hard wired into the computer

That's true, Skyweir, but what did he use to introduce his virus into the computer system? :?:

A pre-"printed" computer board. He just swapped out the existing one with one with the virus.

You're definitely getting close, Avatar! These are things Orn brought aboard Captain's Fancy, modified to suit his purpose, that affect how the various ship computer systems communicate with each other. I'm looking for the name of what these particular kind of "computer boards" are called in the Gap Cycle.

LOL 😂 .. this is a tricky one .. now ... mmm..

"You're a cheeky monkey!" Yes, I am, Sky! Image But sometimes life's more fun that way! :7up: And I'm still holding out for the right answer, though I admitted that Av is close and the devices that Orn installed were hardwired into the system, as you said. I just need the name of what he used.

Two hints, though:
1) The answer is in the plural.
2) What Orn used affected how the various computer systems of Captain's Fancy "talked" to each other.
