I was 122kg in 2001, 90 in 2002, 84-88 in 2003-2008, 74-79 in 2009-2012, and 72-75 in 2013. Now I've put on some weight because a wound kept me from hiking and progressing in my martial art lessons (green aikido and green krav maga), and must be around 78kg. Which is a redline for me.

You know, this is exactly my problem. Easter and Xmas (or actually any three consecutive days of pornographic meals) will get me a 5 kilo (too many pounds) weight gain, and no, it's not fluid retention. It stays in for a month or so of hard, daily workout.

I hear you on that. Have managed to keep the weight down.

But we'll see what happens after my upcoming vacation trip. ;)

Bump.

I gained some weight on my vacation and over the holidays. Just a couple pounds.

Now to take it back off...

Just spent an hour in the fitness room at my gym (cause yoga was cancelled). Every little bit helps, right? ;)

After a long hiatus from my bike (I'm now a licensed driver!) Some of my xl work shirts are starting to get a little tight...looks like I'm biking home from work again.

Good for you! Wish I lived close enough to work to bike.

I got off Weight Watchers cause their app became unusable, and it's pretty darn hard to chart on their website, as well. Plus there are no meetings close to me. I bought their calculator, thinking I might use that, but for the time being I've gone back to charting my intake on Sparkpeople. A lot of my favorites are still there, just had to do some updating.

My weight has been stable and at little more than I'd like it to be.

I've tried a few apps and nothing has really stuck. Strava was okay for logging my miles on the bike, but I'm terrible at remembering to log in and out. Really, biking is my forced exercise cuz otherwise I never would, heh.

But at least where I live summer is imminent, so there should plenty of excuses to get outside!

9 stone 5 now, actually 9 4 the other morning but I went up again. Seems to be steady. Eating normally again except no fat (gall stones).

I think I need to start.

I'm not going to diet, but I need to get back into some sort of fitness regime. I weight 187lbs (that's 13st 5lbs or 85kg) and I'm 5'9". I'm certainly not in the region of being obese, but it's too much weight.

Mostly I stopped exercising over 6 months ago because of a shoulder problem, but it's taking time to heal. I'm starting with walking, and as the weather improves I'll try to work towards running in the evenings again. Once my shoulder improves enough I really need to get to the gym or do something like that.

I haven't lost any weight recently, but I seem to have lost 1 inch around the hips.

Unless I'm measuring wrong. ;)

So I started using a new app to monitor my food intake and weight, called Lose It! It has an online version. Also a free and paid version. So far the free version has been adequate for me.

I gained some weight visiting my kids, but lost it right away when I got home.

Now to lose some more...

The first time I weighed myself after coming out of hospital I had lost another 6 pounds, taking my general weight after the diet as 9 stone 5 (126 pounds). Since then I've put 2 pounds back on, now 9 stone 1. I really didn't want to lose any more and I certainly don't recommend my circumstances as a way to lose weight!! I suspect not eating for 3 days then eating very little for the next 2 days had something to do with it. I also lost everything I'd eaten the day before I had my "head event"!

Yeah, being in the hospital is not a good way to lose weight.

My own weight loss is totally stalled. I look and feel good, but still would like to weigh less. Of course, it could be I"m gaining muscle from exercising. One can always hope! ;)

I lost a couple pounds over the last week.

Though I'm not sure how. ;)

As a side effect of being sick, I've lost a couple of pounds. Not the best way to lose weight, but I'll take it if I can keep it off.
