I was writing one based on crossing Hotash Slay too, from foamfollower's perspective, but it got too silly so it got binned. Based on the lava reaching higher with every step....

So I've got to vote for Dukka, if we're voting yet?

You don't *have* to vote for Dukkha. But I believe that WF is saying that you can if you want to.

I don't pay attention to the dates on this stuff. What I do pay attention to is once you say it's time to vote, then clearly we're past the entry stage. If you don't want to accept my 2nd entry, that's fine.

dAN, on contents where I have not posted a deadline, I have indicated "Entries are accepted until I post the winner."

I don't think I have ever said "Entries accepted until I ask for votes". Frankly, I have always expected people to be voicing their opinions on entries throughout the whole contest period. The vote call I have always considered to be a "last call".

Sorry you're so mad about it. But it seemed to me that excluding Dukkha's entry on the basis you suggest would have been the poorer choice.

First of all, I am just happy that you are considering resuming the games. They were usually fun to participate in and always fun to follow.

Second, there is a certain perennial player and frequent winner who has been MIA from the Watch for quite some time. Hopefully the return of WWM will bring MM back!

Third, whether the prize is large or small, when it is won, there is usually someone saving up for some grand item who will appreciate donations.
