Please don't take offense, Seareach. I just noticed the smile looked a little Gilbert-y in that picture.

While I do often find Gilbert Gottfried irritating, but he definitely has his moments. For instance, in the film The Aristocrats.

I assume it's a salamander. But I could be wrong. It was a fairly bright red. Doesn't look that way in the picture, which was taken late in the day, when the sun was low.

Cool! I've never seen a real one before. Must put that on my list of things to find when in the US.

Good luck. I wouldn't count on it, though. They are, obviously, in my area. Yet I've only seen maybe a half-dozen in my life. So they're not necessarily easy to spot. Heh. And they may not be where you'll be.

This is by far the most emotional picture I've taken in a very long time. Get's me choked up just looking at it.

Prorider514 was learning to drive some months ago and had a bit of a mishap. It's an old story about trucks, parking spaces, hitting the gas instead of the brake and concrete light poles. In the months since, Prorider has passed driver's education and her driving skills are much improved. I've not been able to get the body work done on my truck however.

Ow. (Hmm, shoulda taken a picture of the car after Batty backed it into a fence gate and knocked off the passenger's side mirror. So far, Magickmaker hasn't hit anything -- knock on wood!)

Thanks Luci. I worked really hard on that Avatar.

Prorider snapped a dozen shots or so of me sitting at my desk.
I always seemed to like that one the best. It does seem to convey a nice visual to go with my posts.

The day after Prom, we decided to liberate some slaves from Walgreens, and set them free in their own, natural, habitat.






We also bought a big bag of chalk and spent the day tagging my trail with positive messages.
