Looks like yours is -5, so that's 7 hours, not taking into account any daylight savings you might have.

Yeah, I'm at work by 06h00, usually leave home by 05h40. Winter now, so it's still bloody dark. In summer, sun is up by 05h00.

I usually get up at about 7:15am on weekdays to be at work by 9:30am. The sun is *always* up when I leave for work.

I work 9:30am to 6pm. So in the winter, it's dark when I get home. Everything's a tradeoff...

I get afternoons off and I don't have to commute during rush hour. The only tradeoff is that I'll turn into a pumpkin if I'm not in bed by 9pm.

I wish I didn't like this schedule so much - it's about 72% of the reason I've been stuck in this crap job so long.
