Not quite - Elega was betrothed to Gereden, but wouldn't have him. She said "Nyle is more to my taste", and Nyle was trying to work up courage to propose, but AFAIK, they never actually had a "relationship".

Elega the eldest,
Torrent, the middle
and Myste, the youngest.

I don't think actual ages were ever mentioned, but there might be enough hints dropped in the story to figure it out with enough work. However, Elega is if memory serves, a year older than Gereden.

I never thought the daughters had that many years between them, and I am pretty sure that Myste is an adult woman, so I'd guess the core team is in their 20's, and Artagel may even be pushing the low 30s.

There was a discussion about Terisa and Geraden's age a while ago. I think Elega is around 26 and Myste 17-19. Joyce and Madin were apart during his various military campaigns. When in Mordant's history were each of the three princesses conceived?
