You'll be back. They always are.Cameraman Jenn wrote:I feel good. I totally just splurged big time. On the way back from brunch with Bloodguard Bob we decided to stop by Borderlands which is a great fantasy/sci fi bookstore on Valencia St. Turns out it was their 10th anniversary sale celebration so I scored a bunch of new mass market paperbacks at two for ten bucks. I got the Erickson Book of the Fallen series, Tad Williams series Memory, Sorrow and Thorn and King's Dark Tower series. I have read the last one but it has been many many years. Looks like I am gonna be busy for awhile.

Seems like every time I come back, something has changed. And me? I'm ambivalent about a lot of things right now. But time marches on whether I am ready or not.
So for the news:
1) week one of new job is behind me. Only 15 weeks to go!
2) My nine-months-pregnant best friend is dilated to 4cm, and if baby does not come this week, she will be induced next Friday morning!
3) I'm going to watch Collin Firth play Mr. Darcy for the next few hours.![]()
4) Daylight Savings Time is tonight. . . so I get an extra hour of sleep!
