RAM breakthrough

Fast, permanent memory. This is the Holy Grail for RAM, fast memory which retains its data when power is shut off. It could replace all memeory currently being used. Computers will boot up instantly because the OS won't have to load into RAM from the hard drive.

This is exciting stuff. Processor architecture seems to have come to a grinding halr recently, it's about time SOMETHING happened to improve performance.
