Doc Ock is a visually great villian, but lacks some depth...IMO.

Yes, but the DO from the comics is kind of shallow. Bad Haircut too!

Ultamite Doc is insane, and has an unatural attatchment to his mech arms. he nearly killed Pym (managing to kill a bunch of Shield agents)

the Owl was very lame. I did like the Vulture though. the Ditko/Lee villains for Spider-Man were very well conceived.
