And by that I mean, reading TCTC requires an attention span and an intellect, so the internet-moths won't be drawn here.

I won't go into the details of interests and so forth, it'll be revealed in time I s'pose. Anyway, I like what I've seen so far, and I've been looking for a quality forum for a while, so I believe I'll stick around.

I've never had my honour defended before... not to my knowledge at least.

It's better than defending it myself, because that would mean a rampage with a Samurai sword and outfit, and I got in a lot of trouble last time I had to do that.

EDIT: On a different note: Is the time frame on the release of the last book of the Last Chronicles still eight to ten years? I'm trying to weigh up whether or not to read Runes Of The Earth now, because I don't want to have to sit on my hands for years at a time like I had to with the Dark Tower. I didn't go through the official forum, because I don't want to accidently read any spoilers. So, advice?

i'm really bad with math but i think i figured i'd be 56 and i'm 48 now.

Fatal Revenant is due out in 2007, then something else in 2010 i think...sheesh. some fan i am huh. heh.
