I'm not sure if anybody here knows this little browser-based game... it's not so bad, although I admit that the randomized rolls look funny to me.

I played it for a few weeks, but I found it really, really difficult. I was forever getting killed and there are large expanses of city that consist almost entirely of sealed buildings, so I couldn't shelter overnight. GRRRR!

I have played several character classes, and the ones I enjoy the most are the zombie, the soldier and the NecroTech scientist. In the first case, going around chewing on people is always fun, and you don't have to fear too much about being caught in the open; in the second, being a soldier means you can actually have a relatively good chance of hitting "dead meat" and therefore gain XP; in the third, being a NecroTech scientist means you can get XPs by revifying people or DNA-tagging them. Most other classes - especially civilians and such - have such low combat skills that they can only gain XP with difficulty.

Soldier was definitely easiest for me, when I played. I had a NT scientist, a soldier, and a zombie. The soldier had learned 2 skills by the time the scientist and zombie had 1, and he had several by the time the scientist had 2 (the zombie did well though).

But after a while I got kinda bored and stopped playing. I feel like I'd need to do the whole Rping and stuff to get much out of the game, and I never really feel like involving myself that much in a game.

Thanks Xar for the bringing this to my attention!
It's quite fun once you get used to the style.

It's even got an extension that makes the (pretty bland) graphics look like an actual game!

Sadly, I think it may cause me to be sacked: I spend a lot of time on the pc at work zombie killin!

Well they've updated the game quite a bit now (still looks basic but can't have it all).

Zombie players were complaining that it was too easy for the living, so they got a bunch of extra skills and bonuses for smashing stuff.

The survivors got the ability to take things from museums and put them in another building.......
Hmm.

Still, I'm having a right laugh blasting zeds and barricading safehouses.
Some people that you meet can be so entertaining! Either complete murdering nutters, geeks, or comedy geniuses!
Sometimes all of the above!
