I saw him on a spot for "The Mind of LaMencha" (I am certain I have the spelling wrong) on comedy central this last summer..and he looked BAD, as though he was in very poor health.
The man was a comic genius, so he was. I even liked him on ELR when I saw it.

That's it Luci. The guy isn't that funny at all... a bit of a misogynist ...but I SAW Boyle and stopped to see what was going on... (sigh!)
