Is there supposed to be an image there? Because it briefly flashes up an icon that there is when I load the page.

Okay, back to topic.

If my hobo has better Defense (self) in buildings, can a Cop also benefit from being in a group with me? Can I benefit from their ability?

Absolutely. So say your defense skill is Expert (4), and you're in the University with Sgt Null. Sgt Null's defensive skill plus the Hobo's indoor defensive ability will combine to make the skill as though it's really a Master rating (2). This means that your character has a 2+ chance on a 6-sided die of succeeding. However, that's the maximum, as no ability can get higher than this (1+).

I can't say who, as I assume the player wishes to remain anonymous.

Thanks for the levels though. That helped quite a bit.

I have to apologise for the confusion about skills and their levels. Some people have expressed uncertainty regarding the rules. Hopefully, things will have been cleared up.

I think it makes good sense. Itll take some time to get used to, but itll work fine.

There has always been a "Poor" rating; there has never been an "Inexperienced" rating. Oceania has always been at war with Eastasia . . .
