First week would be easiest for me. Especially since we have the wrap party in SF in July and I have a business trip to SF in July .... separating long trips will keep peace in the family!!

BUT, I would do second and last week as well. [last week might be a challenge 'cause it slides into the 4th and if anyone is planning a vacation ...]

Can someone check to see if 1) SRD is interested in dining with us! On us of course!! and 2) what weekend would work best for him, if #1 is yes!!

i would imagine that our new and most esteemed admin could see to all that Creator.

If I end up flying, the earlier half of the month is cheaper.

BUT, if I end up doing the road trip with the girls, than it really doesn't matter to me!!

Any weekend's fine.

Just glancing at it, the way to go for me would be to fly to Denver and drive down from there. It's almost $200 cheaper to fly there than straight to Albuquerque. It's a 6hr drive, but it'd be an interesting one.

I'm going to talk to the film crew this weekend. I think real early in June would be better as I really am remodeling my house...so I can schedule it all to start right after that. I can put out one bed, two couches and there's room for two tents in the backyard. If we settle for a definate date I can email SRD (or Jenn can)... and attempt to email Martin through his blog--if that doesn't work I can email my friend LindaElaine through The Brotherhood Without Banners at Ran's ASOIAF Board. Maybe some of then will show up too...

I already emailed the man, just waiting for his response.

Any weekend is OK with me.

Edit: I'm a dork... never mind.

Either of the first two options are fine with me. I voted for the second, just to have voted.

i think it'd be cheaper too!!!

OR flights to SF or Seattle!! you could ride with me and the girls!!! or!!!
i could rent a car and we could go in C O N V O Y from SF!!!!

OR Wadds could drive straight to Denver, and you me and jenn could drive to Denver from SF, and we could meet up with Damelon and dlb in Denver and we could make a really BIG convoy to Albuquerque!!!

Thanks GODS Luci, Jenn and others are helping to take the lead on this--it was totally fun but exhausting (in the end) being the "boss of everything"...during E-fest '04.
