Well, it's that day of year down here again.
The hell with all of that mess down there today! I took my boys to a parade Sunday afternoon, and that was enough for us.
I just went and picked up a sack of crawfish, onions, garlic, lemons, sausage, corn on the cob and a bunch of seasoning mixes and am getting ready to fire the pot up in about an hour or so.
Oh yeah, I can't forget the case of Coors Light, either!
I am going to enjoy my day off today...
