I've seen the young girl who does this when she appeared on Regis and Kelly. I'm unable to watch videos on my 'puter due to dial-up. Is it the same girl?

I saw a bit on it yesterday morning on the local news. I had to get on line right away and watch it more than a few times.
It is just such a damn 'fluid' motion. It's like watching a speeded up special effect in real life time.
Unreal...
