I watched the first season. I've simply been far too lazy to get the others.
I have to go with Caboose.
EDIT-I never played Halo (much), but I liked it anyway.

Not sure...it's an online TV'ish flash thingy using the xbox game halo.
It should be in here, TV, or video games, probably.

I watched the first season religiously, when it was first coming out. I felt the initial episodes of season 2 were trying too hard, so I lost interest somewhere along the way. The story just seemed to get more and more absurd, less focused on the characters. Kind of a Simpsons syndrome.
I enjoyed the exchanges between the core characters: how Church had to deal with idiots, the general confusion, the plasma grenade that got caught on Donut's head (I think it was Donut). It was a tight dynamic that got lost, I think, through an overflow of fringe characters and plot twists.
Then again, maybe it's improved. Been ages since I checked the RvB site.

Yeah that was Donut, it was when he came back from hospital that they gave him his 'light red' armor
I loved the first two seasons, got them on DVD and bought a Caboose T-shirt too. I kind of switched off when they switched to using Halo 2 and moved out of Blood Gulch. I guess a lot of the appeal for me was the pointlessness of their situation:
"It's a box canyon in the middle of nowhere, with no way in or out. We only have a red base over here because they have a blue base over there, and they only have a blue base over there because we have a red base over here."
I also thought the RVB Real Life vs. the Internet PSA was inspired.
p.s. I think this might fit best in comics and cartoons, as it's something you watch rather than play.

Ya, it was stuff like that which let me appreciate it as a general commentary on FPS video games.

Hehe, I can't remember which was the last one I saw but I remember that one. I might pick up the next couple of DVDs at some point, I can't download any more until I get my broadband back.
