i haven't researched this but i'm scoopin news stuff from the Malazan Forum for those of you reading the series here but don't go over there. 
Subterranean Press will be publishing limited editions for both Gardens of the Moon and Deadhouse Gates! If the sales are good, they are planning to do the same with the rest of the series!
