I just had to post this!

Litterbox Cake is a moist, tasty medley of cake and instant pudding accented with green cookie crumbs and chocolate candy "turds". It's especially appropriate for a cat-lover's wedding or birthday, but really it's hard to think of an occasion when a Litterbox Cake wouldn't hit the spot.

My co-worker's wife made this for one of our office gatherings. Tasted fine, just looks bizzare. I couldn't get over serving it with the litter scoop.

Oh...if the honoree is known as a cat lover, it's all the rage here at Old Fart (birthday parties for those who hit either 40 or 50) parties. I just can't get into it myself.

Yeah. . . If I'm going to the effort to bake something for a party, it'll be something decadent like my famous Raspberry Truffle Brownies.
