On the first page we get the producers answer to one of Stutty's questions:
RIGHT NOW THERE IS NO PRODUCTION FUNDING COMMITTED, THAT COMES LATER. FIRST STEP IS GETTING THE DIRECTOR AND SCREENWRITER ON BOARD. ONCE THOSE TWO ELEMENTS ARE IN PLACE, FUNDING WILL NOT BE A PROBLEM. HOLLYWOOD IS HUNGRY FOR FRANCHISE FILMS AND SCI-FI IS POPULAR. ALSO, THERE ARE SEVERAL BIG INDEPEDENT EQUITY FUNDS LOOKING FOR LARGER FILMS. THE ROLES ARE GREAT FOR ACTORS AND WILL ATTRACT TOP TALENT. WHAT ARE YOUR IDEAS FOR THE LEAD ROLES OF ANGUS, MORN AND NICK? THE PITCH, BOURNE ULTIMATUM IN SPACE. OR BLADE RUNNER MEETS BOURNE IDENTITY.
With Cruise and cohorts funding is no problem, and now they have a screenwiter on board. Makes you think, at least...(believe me Cruise is very aware of how successful Damon's trilogy was.)

Uh, shouldn't we hope that this is NOT the movie Cruise is working on? I mean, Mission Impossible II was a joke. A bad joke. I really don't want to see Donaldson's story reduced to action sequences with "a bit of story" crammed in between.
EDIT: Oh crap, I just realized this was my man, Moore. I had no idea he did MI II. I don't know how I'm going to deal with this...

Actor to play Angus
Greetings! My first post in a while. This thread got me real interested, though. I think as I was reading the Gap chronicles, whenever I pictured Angus, I pictured Kenneth Mcmillan. Who is Kenneth Mcmillan, you ask? He played Baron Vladimir Harkonen in the 1984 movie of "Dune". He was the first image I pictured when I started reading about Angus. I guess he's probably too old now, but, oh well. Gotta find someone younger, I guess.

Googled pics of him, and I can see why you'd want him as Angus. Not my mental image, but he fits well enough.Pacman wrote:Greetings! My first post in a while. I've visited IMDB and looked up the films that page lays claim to, and they make no mention of Fully Loaded Pictures among the various companies involved in any capacity.Insane Bartender wrote:Surely that's not a serious page?wayfriend wrote:Fully Loaded Productions has a MySpace page: link

At least one of the films matches up.
