Need a new fix

I've gotten over my latest World of Warcraft/Everquest Emulation fling, and can't stand Neverwinter Nights anymore. Anyone have a suggestion for an RPG-ish type game to play?
And before anyone suggests it, do not suggest any of the Elder Scroll games.
