Ladies and Gentlemen,

Were about 1 week out from the deadline for Anthology III.
Please notify us now if you think you will need the deadline extended.
We need to keep in mind that we're trying to give the very busy dragonlilly plenty of time to edit the book.
The Submission committee can also assist dragonlilly by making quick work of the selection process. I will do all I can to help move things along. If anyone has any questions for me or need any other questions answered please IM me or send me an email or post here. From this point on I will monitor the Anthology forum closely.

Wow, we're already down to the last week? I checked to see if anything has been submitted yet, and it's not a very impressive amount of stuff, though I was encouraged by the quality of the stuff.

I'm well along on the 1st draft of my submission, so should be done by Monday. If it's lookin' bad by Thursday or Friday, Tom, I'll pm you.

Oh, and Batty's probably going to submit something, too. Dunno if she has already or not.

Yeah, I've been wondering if perhaps people haven't been entirely aware of the deadline. I know there are people working on stories who do know how long is left, so I'm not very concerned, but it still seems odd to have one week left and almost no submissions.

They're probably just in fear of having one as great as I on the submission team.

Yes. I'm sure that is it. Hopefully those of us who are cowering in abject terror will somehow manage to submit our stories anyway.

If I don't get it in on the sixth....it will be the eleventh.

Just a quick note - if you do need an extension on the deadline, please PM a member of the Selection Team. We are trying to keep to a pretty tight schedule and if you tell Tom we may not be in contact with him for a few days.

i just sumitted my story

-Going to work on it all night tonight, should get it finished
Tomorrow night, I'll be proof reading and such...leaving me right to monday morning to submitt on the deadline.

If I don't get it done...i'll submitt it next year.

i guess i shall be offering something as well.

I've submitted a few things. I'm still working on 2 more but I'm fine if I don't get them completed in time. One more day to go till deadline.

Haven't heard from anyone about extensions yet - make sure you PM Murrin, dAN or I (or all three) so that we are aware that you need more time.

Julie and I are going through what I have. will post it to the committe today or tomorrow.
