anyone read the first two chapters of fatal revenant?

what do you think? It seems to me this series is more confusing than anything I have read before in the second chronicles.
I've read both chapters, and yeah, I'm really confused.
If one remembers that SRD intended the 2nd Chronicles to be a tetralogy, with TWL ending after "Soothtell" then I think we're about to have many of our questions answered, probably beginning in the 3rd chapter - we just have to wait about 60 more days.
