Whats on your 'Must See' list?

Whilst passing through I was pleased to note mentions of Heroes, Prison Break and House along with a good few others.
I've only recently had the time to catch up on my tv series watching and my current list includes:
Heroes - really enjoying this and the 2nd season has potential from what I have seen so far.
Prison Break - one I had put off watching for ages then got hooked! Season 3 took on an unexpected spin but I'm sticking with it. Opinions on what others think would be interesting as I have a few friends that feel it should have been a 2 season series, no more.
Lost - why oh why is the new season not on yet??
Bones - didn't know what to expect at first but really enjoyed
House - whats not to like?
others include:
Blood Ties - Canadian PI with Vamp sidekick
Ugly Betty - still in two minds about this one
Shark
If you are a TV fan whats on your 'must see' list at the moment? If its a series unreleased as of yet, what are you waiting for?
Any recommendations?

My opinion is that during the second season, so many people bitched about how often they showed repeats, so they thought they would hold off and show episodes straight in a row. Now we no longer get repeats, and I can't get my Lost fix until the damn DVDs come out. I'd rather have something than nothing. I shake my fists at these "fans."

your icon really emphasises your comment!
I agree, repeats are good. Especially if you missed some episodes or want a refresher.
I personally seem unable to sit down every week at the same time to watch any series, no matter how much I want to. Either work commitments or travel commitments throw me out a few episodes so I have to try find repeats.
On the few occasions I have managed to watch a show when away from home its usually a few episodes ahead so I have to force myself to resist watching.
In regards to Lost - I am told it is going to be about 5 seasons at least. Any idea if this is true or not?

There are only three shows that are on my "will never miss" (and always DVR in case I do) list:
Battlestar Galactica
Monk
Psych
There are some others that I catch occassionally, but these are the only ones that I'd ever consider planning my night around. Absolutely brilliant - all three of them. (soon to be "two" *major sniff*)

Unless they make some new Futurama episodes, my TV is all on DVD. I still have yet to finish volume 2 of Batman: The Animated Series (1993). Probably the most iconic and faithful rendering of Bats, aside from the comic book.

I agree, but have you seen the new Batman series? It's the opposite, an UNfaithful rendering of Batman and the many villians, yet it's still very good.

I did hear a mention of Psych but haven't seen it feature on British TV so don't know much about it at all. Is it quite new?

Yeah, we're not going anywhere.

About time you reprioritized the Watch.

Moonlight. I'm so sick of reality shows, medical, and police detective shows that this is a breath of fresh air. I've seen all episodes so far, and although I don't think it will last on its own merits, the sheer magnitude of Alex O'Loughlin's hotness makes it worth looking at, even with the sound turned off. There used to be this hot guy named Brad something or other; I forget his name..........I have watched Cavemen and although it won't last either, it's different and the actors are really superb. It's like Friends with allover body hair and protruding foreheads. Sweet!

The only show in the last 3 years that I can't miss is Lost. I became quite cynical toward tv since (un)Reality tv became popular. Too many interesting shows were cancelled way too quickly.
I figured Heroes was doomed, so didn't start watching 'til late. Still catching up on last season.
However, 3 new shows have held my attention for more than a month, and for me, that qualifies as must see:
Chuck -- spy spoof that doesn't take itself seriously (so far)
Journeyman -- I'm a sucker for time travel, but I wish the guy would stop apologizing for something he can't control
Life -- quirky crime drama with a gimmick. I like the actors and the writing (so far)

Well... I always did find this a friendly, relaxing place to be so its highly unlikely I would forget to check in every so often

I'm not familiar with either of these...I see I have some research to do!
If only to see what the 'hot' guy Brad looks like!

-Lost still has me hooked-I really can't see how they can string it along for another couple of seasons though. I shall remain a faithful viewer til the end no doubt.
-Heroes surprised me-now I am hooked! I have the episode to watch this evening actually!
-Life - sounds interesting-shall look it up.
I also managed catch up on 2 other series this weekend. Supernatural and The Dresden Files.
Supernatural started so well, then sank into a pit of 'just a copy of this film or that film' and the main characters didn't seem to develop much.
The Dresden Files on the other hand proved to be very watchable. Some novel ideas, good effects and interesting story lines. Its a shame its only meant to be a one off serial.
