Somewhere in the 1st/2nd chrons covenant tries to find out some info about Hile Troy in the real world. Where is that?

I don't think this is right. 7 years passed from the end of TIW and TPTP. This would have only been about 1/2 an hour for TC not enough time to find out about Hile Troy at the Gov. think tank.
