Borrowing from an article I posted in the Tank earlier, describe your wallet and what you have in it.

Wallet: black, leather magnetic money clip (something like this)

Contents:

-check card
-military ID (no really, that's me. I swear)

-social security card (I know, I know)
-my credit union's business card
-punch card for Smoothie Central (which is now closed. luckily only one punch)
-picture of my son and two nieces
-Supercuts card (buy 12, 13th free. only nine more to go)
-library card
-PJ's Coffee card (buy 9, 10th free. three more. not bad, considering I've only been there once)
-Blockbuster card
-$12 (USD).

A topic I've never seen before?!

Well, let's see. Until a couple of weeks ago, my wallet was a rather stylish little black Thundercats job. But the coin pocket split, so switched to the other wallet I got last Christmas (clearly people are running out of gift ideas).

My current wallet is a black leather one with a detachable card display bit, a little like this, but with a coin pocket on the left rather than card slots.

Now to riffle through it and see what I find:

-84p in change
-some receipts, mainly from supermarkets
-driving licence
-combined Bangor University / National Union of Students card
-reminder that I can bank online (I tend to forget unless I'm constantly confronted with a reminder)
-Bangor University library facilities leaflet thing. Not sure why I've still got this.
-one first class postage stamp
-a Total petrol points card thingy
-a Morrisons one of the above
-breakdown recovery card
-Nottinghamshire Libraries card
-Blockbuster Video card for the West Bridgford branch
-Mensa membership card
-Virgin Mobile top-up card, which I never use
-bank card/debit card

my wallet is a card holder with a center pocket and pockets on either side.

this one to be exact. cole haan. brown leather.


one side has driver's liscense, Muni fast pass, and school id in one pocket and borders discount card and bucky's cash card in the other pocket.
the other side has atm card in one pocket and one credit card in the other pocket. center pocket has a supply of my business cards and a couple of phone numbers i haven't put in my cell phone yet.

i carry cash on a money clip when i carry it.
all things go in jeans pockets.

(i do carry a handbag. you don't even wanna KNOW the crap that's in there. and the bigger the handbag, the more crap there is.)

Mine's bi-fold leather, the leather on the outside's in two shades divided along the length, in light and dark brown. Looked very good when I bought it, but after just one week of being sat on was quite badly scuffed and has gotten gradually worse since.

- the coin bit is broken so I have no coins...but I also have no paper money in my wallet either (nothing new there).

Nope, I work in the Backroom. Activity that goes on when it comes to sales is a strange new world of lights and people that I don't want to explore. lol
