Did anyone else see this great little film? Kim and I went to our local (MAdison) Sundance Cinema ...that's right Madison has one of two Sundance theatres nationwide...a great experience, btw.... anyway, Juno:

Stroy of a pregnant teen and how she and her close family/friends deal with the situation. Additionally, a couple (played marvelously by Jason Bateman and Jenn Garner) attempting to adopt the would-be baby are profiled.

It is a truly magnificent and funny look at life, family, and friendship. Great perfomrances, all. Perhaps my favorite movie of the YEAR!!

It is fighting for my number one spot this year. Even IF it came in 2008, technically.

That was a good summary, Guns. I would add that though that sounds like a hardcut drama, the style is much more alternative/rich indie. Michael Serra did a good job, even if his character was mostly undeveloped (my only qualm with the flick.)

It had a good dose of humor in all the right places, and plenty of uncomfortable moments for the viewer, although not in a way to make it unenjoyable.

All in all VERY well worth the two hours.

Entertainment Weakly has been hopping up and down about it lately. I'm very interested.

I just watched this one. Very good film. Don't think I've seen much with Jennifer Garner in it, but she was great in this.

I have actually been talking her down for years, she made me eat my words with this movie.

I always lumped her in with the other popular and atractive starlets who couldn't act worth s*** (I.E. Jessica Alba, who I abhor. She is the worst thing about every movie she is in)

I still think Garner was a sh**ty Electra... (To be fair, Afleck was a pretty sh**ty Daredevil)
