Left-handed = Demondim-Spawn?

Harken to me, my Lords and Ladies! For a matter that has been sore upon my mind doth need thy attention and in sooth I require counsel as to the puissance of my postulations. This matter has to do with those who walk among us who are of a left-handed nature. Methinks they could have possible origins among the Demondim-Spawn. Now, now, wait before thee dost blow me off as some over zealous right-handed crusader. Consider thus:

The Demondim-Spawn Vain has been described to us in that most eldritch of tomes, The Wounded Land, as being the pinacle of Spawn creation. And yet, doth that tome not also say that when Vain retrieves the heels of that most holy of artifacts, the Staff of Law, that he places one heel on his right-wrist? Myself, being of a right-handed nature, would pick up an artifact most naturally with my right-hand and thus would most easily place it on my left-wrist. I therefore postulate that the creature Vain be left-handed. Why would the Demondim-Spawn make him thus unless twas important to their very nature? Perchance there are other references to Vain's handedness within the tomes of the Second Chronicles, but my laziness doth prevent me from looking.

Also, of my own experience, when I was young a sister was born unto my family. Long have I wondered of her origins for she was left-handed, and brought amongst us all manner of strange scissors, measuring cups and other implements that could not be weilded without mighty Lore.

Perhaps my arguments hold no sway, and tis but mere coincidence. But I would ask, upon the thumb of which hand do members of THOOLAH perchance suckle at night, perhaps in that answer all will be revealed.

If I was left handed, I wouldn't admit it.

My Lords and Ladies, the infiltration of the Demondim does seem extensive, perchance a mighty warrior, cursed with an horrific wasting disease could be found to save us...

I agree that Guiness is Vitriol, but as to Handedness...

I'm partially ambidexterous (I cannot write with my left hand, but I can do many other things, such as eat, use chopsticks, mouse, etc, with it), and I submit that Vain merely picked it up as he did, and placed it on the wrist that he did, simply because he's ambidexterous, and, given Vain's penchant for minimal physical exertion, it was simply easier to reach out and pick it up with his left hand than it was to pick it up with his right.

Also, I submit that, even were Vain not ambidexterous, as such a puissant being must be, that he's right handed anyway. I have noticed a tendency for right handed people to wear single bracelets on their right wrist.

I wear my new watch (a gift from my wife) on the left wrist - because I mouse (with my RH) more than I write (with my LH), and I got sick of my watch and mouse wrist-rest wrestling for primacy.

it occured to me that the urviles didnt make Vain favor one hand or the other, why would they? He is completely ambidextrous.

Ambidextrous...hmmm...OK, I'll concede that's a possibility...and since others have responded that I KNOW are not of Demondim origin (sorry Menolly) I guess my theory goes out the door...so I guess the only way to KNOW would be to use a GI question and ask his creator...who probably would think the question totally outside the confines of the book and so not answer...I'll have to think of a way to phrase it. :)

Now hold on just one second...
Whatever made you think I am not Demondim-Spawn?
Just ask around.
Seriously.
