OK, this seems like news I should have heard before, but can't recall it.
Apparently there is an operatic adaptation of Cronenberg's "The Fly" underway for a Paris and London opening.
Croenberg is directing with Howard Shore doing the musical score.

Like the movie it will have lots of gore and e about metamorphosis and the love of the two main characters...



I can't wait!!!!

Could actually be quite interesting. The Fly score is just amazing.

After I heard about the Colonel Gaddafi Opera, I realised that anything was possible.
