The Lottery Game

To add an extra dimension to the Store and WGD's etc, I am proposing launching the KW Lottery Game.
The Rules are simple:
1. To enter, you need to donate 20 units of any "currency" you choose to the user "KW Lottery"
2. At the end of each week, I will "spin the wheel" with the names of all that enter - more than one entry per person is acceptable
3. Entries close on Fridays and draws take place on Sundays. New entries can only be made at the end of each draw
4. The winner will receive the combined value of all "entry fees" - in whatever currency they choose - PLUS an additional guaranteed 60 units of any currency they choose
The Wheel will be a random name generator populated with the names of all entrants - so it should be impartial
The risk is minimal - but the rewards can be great
Or have I lost the plot and this ain't a cool idea?
