Thought of the candle thing afterwards. I am sure that is part of the answer to EL's cryptic chinese conundrum.

I don't know why he insists on posting it. . . but yes. I'll let him defend that. . . ;)

I promised him cookies for a large favor he's done for me. . . and general principles as well. I think I'm under some compulsion from the Emotional Leper demands cookies thread. . . 8O

Well...one of us should be. I hinted I would send macadamia nut cookies and have never gotten around to baking them.
