...Zephyr is not Bhakti...perhaps his luck will be different...

I can't really argue with your there, Fist.

Yeah, helping Xar's WGDs sounds like a good idea.
Hmm...finger hovering over the donate button again...

I can endure the disappointment :P

More seriously, this is the fifth time I go to London, so I don't have any pressure about visiting all the tourist traps. Though I always make a point of visiting the British Museum every time I go (and I hear they have the terra cotta soldiers exhibit in March, which I would really like to see). Other than that, I have free time on my hands :P

There are some Watchers in that area, but they're mostly lurkers these days. It's unlikely that I'll be able to get to London to keep you entertained myself. :P

 next time you are in London I shall have to show you the very nice, cheaper chinese restaurants then!
Where did you go...chinatown?

Yep, Chinatown. Bad experiences.

I never go to Chinatown for food. Next time head to Queensway (on central line) and you will be surrounded by much better ones!

I'll try to survive, thank you anyway :D but if there ARE Watchers in London who would like for us to meet, I wouldn't mind that ;) It's definitely easier than meeting American Watchers, if nothing else :P

I'm in London so if you would like a local tourguide for an afternoon/evening. (Although I think I am one of the lurkers Covjr is referring to ;) )

Which part of London will you be coming to?

Given that I'm coming over the Easter holidays, it was a bit difficult to find accommodation (at least, reasonably priced accommodation) - so I ended up with a place in Kensington...

Kensington...nice choice! Also pretty close to my neck of the woods so to speak. Have you been to London before?

Yes, four times already, the last four years ago... :P I quite enjoy London, all things considered, though I cannot claim I know it in its entirety. In my visits, I've mostly focused on central London, since there are lots of things to see there - and the last day traditionally requires a stroll down Regent Street and Oxford Street, possibly stopping by Hamley's to satisfy the child inside ;)

Central will keep you busy for days. Hamley's is always good for a couple of hours browsing. I'm happy to show you some local haunts or a few other areas if you would like? Gart may also happily come into London for drinks too. Depends on the things you like doing really.

Central already kept me busy for days before :P Apart from the British Museum, I don't really have any definite plans at the moment, though I haven't taken an in-depth look at what London offers in that period. I'll probably know something more in short order - but I'd be glad to finally get to know a Watcher or two in person :P
