It's not the all time worst. I'd call that a tie between the one that LF had a few years ago of a robot that bounced around like it was way over caffeinated, man was that hard on the eyes; and the one Sarge had of a clown - that one always reminded me of John Gacy.

I voted for the return. I watched that av-movie for hours, fascinated at the development...but eventually lost interest. I really need to know how it ends - and poor old Kermit needs some anti-seizure meds.
