I think it would freak everyone out more (esp. the party concerned) if you could somehow take Donaldson to the Land instead. Talk about a paradox! (Not to mention interesting Existential debates.)
Exactly who would be the Creator, the Author or the Creator in the Land?
And which "Creator" would be responsible for the problems of the Land? (Because, as any real writer will tell you, s/he just writes the things as they are in his/her head; so technically, the Land --and therefore all its characters-- already existed. So it could be argued that the Author didn't necessarily
create the problems, but that they were already there.)
Gosh, I really need to find a hobby...

It would depend on whether it was running fast, or slow, Oh Im sorry youll have to excuse me Im over thirty so in my minds eye watches still tick, and have hands. I can remember when telephones actually rang and cellphones weighed 8 lbs and came in a bag and... sorry maybe it would have the power to create an aimless rambling fool such as myself

Donaldson has already been to the Land. That is why he wrote the books. He is Covenant.

if we went to the land...if LFB took place in the 70s and chronicles 2 took place 3000 years later (10 years for us)...it would now be close to 10,000 years after TCs first victory, and 6000 after the second... do you think they have cars by now? heh
