Yes, I know I harp on about this but it's for good measure My theory is that once a critical mass has been achieved, more and more erstwhile fans of SRD will be made aware that there is a Final Chronicles and that will in itself boost sales etc - and we may actually create new fans

I have read the gradual Interview on SRD's site and I don't think he quite gets the power of the net just yet (may lightning not strike me for saying that)...but the real power in the net lies in social networking and increasing awareness. All credit to SRD for actually having a site and a GI, and not neglecting it - and I'm aware that he's an author first and foremost so this net stuff may seem alien

However, back to my point. If I take the site www.big-boards.com as a reference, KW (it isn't listed) would be the 2025th largest forum on the net (by number of posts). There are over 18 million phpBB forums out there (and probably as many other forums using different software) so we're not doing too badly

However, it's still my aim to drive even more people to this neck of the woods and will be working on a strategy to do that during the year. You can help if you have blogs, myspace etc etc by linking to KW from your pages (it helps with the google;))

Or am I just on some lone crusade here and I'm raving?

Yes - it's amazing just how many forums are out there and just don't get out the starting blocks - we're blessed by a great bunch of members

I know, I've brought people to the watch for unrelated SRD reasons, only to have them start the series and love it.

I'm doing my part for the cause!

I also belong to a couple of other fora (gasp!), and where possible I'll link to us. I now have a vested interest in seeing this place grow.

You might want to post some entries that are excerpts from good threads (as in maybe interesting parts of discussions) and then put links in to follow if people want to see more about it.
