According to Cracked.

As usual, absolutely hysterical.

Reading that makes me hate movies based on comic books even more than I already do.

I absolutely agree with every major point and shockingly enough every intermediate comment. Very very very very very very very entertaining. Certainly more entertaining than Superman IV, Batman & Robin, Daredevil, Catwoman and Elektra combined.

Now this clip and others like it bring to mind several issues with meta humans and the way they interact with us norms.
One chilling example is what ACTUALLY would happen if a super being placed a normal human on his shoulder and rocketed up into the atmosphere pulling like 100gs. Okay, the meta human is indestructible and is dense enough to deal with the stresses placed on his or her body by the forces of gravity but what about the human? What really would have happened in that scenario is that the scene would have begun in a grotesque splash of gore as the human's internal fluids stayed behind on the sidewalk while his empty carcass was instantly lifted into the ionosphere.

Not that I'd actually want to see that mind you but if any of this is to be believed...

Another example comes to mind after watching a few minutes of Fantastic Four 1 on cable last night. Ben Grim (the Thing) has just been returned to normal with the help of Dr. Doom. Ben is super duper happy but is then attacked by the still fully powered Doom. Remember Ben is normal now. Doom strikes Ben upside the head sending him flying through the air to land on top of some metal shelves. WTF? Ben is human. Doom is super duper powered. If this scene was filmed properly Ben's head would have be lifted off of his shoulders to ricochet off of the ceiling while his limp body would simply slump to the floor. Icky!
