In honor of the coming of Seareach to San Francisco there will be a BBQ at Bloodguard Bob's on Saturday, June 14th; an opportunity for Watchers and FBH kids to mingle and, for those who need to, succor our jet lag with grilled meats and liquor.

THE MENU (so far)
Home-made Sun-dried tomato/Basil Chicken Sausages
Home-made Thai Red Curry & Green Mango Chicken Sausi's
Beef Burgers
Portobello Mushroom Burgers
Grilled Tilapia w/Papaya Salsa
Lyr's Baked Mac & Cheese
Lucimay's Cabbage Salad
Cameraman Jenn's Red Tatie and Dill Salad
Jenn's Caprece Skewers (Menolly's recipe, I think)
Ceasar Salad
Deviled Eggs
Fuit and Cheese
Lyr's Decadent Brownies
Strawberry Summer Cake
Nanner Puddin'

Now, there are those of us who drink wine and and some of us drink beer so there is, as always, the question of booze.
Shall there be a big bowl of Sangria? A Margarita station? A Champagne tower? A box of wine with a hole poked in it? Suggestions are welcome and invited.

The guest list so far includes thirteen Watchers and thirteen non-; this charmed portent may inspire another body to hop a bus to Bloodguard Bob's in San Francisco and join in the festivities.

Also, due to the recent and tragic death of a beloved hard-drive I suggest B.Y.O.Mp3 as the rebuilding of music selections are in their earliest stages.

A BGB sighting! Good to see you!

Oh wow, does that menu sound awesome.
Especially the home made sausages.

...hoping some may be left over to be brought to Denver...

Have a great time, y'all!

We'll take care of the leftovers, don't you worry about that.

Looking forward to this!

...yeah, yeah, yeah...

I just bet you will. :|

BGB...any chance you'll make a fresh batch of sausages for the Denver gathering for Jenn to bring with her? ;)

*picturing everyone (except magickmaker, unless she'll eat them because they're chicken) skewering a home made sausage on a dowel at the campfire*

Oh! That reminds me...

*planning room in luggagge for matzah meal to give Jenn for BGB*

That's some hardcore food. Sounds great. 8)

On the drink front, I'm more into wine than beer, but wine makes me really sleepy, so it might be beer after all. Or gin. I'm a middle aged woman. ;)

Don't worry. I've got cameras covered... they don't call me cameraman jenn for nothing...

Oh and Prebe, I'll make sure BGB makes some for Prebefest 2009. Stonemaybe... when is Stonefest?

Hmm. . . I think I want to make an adjustment to the menu (at least for my part of it). I think I wanna make Lyr's Baked Mac and Cheese as well, and let's change the chocolate cake to Lyr's Decadent Brownies instead. It's easier to make brownies for a crowd than to make cake for a crowd. ;)

Other than that, I'm cool with whatever everyone decides about alcohol. . . other than to say I'm a lightweight (and I don't drink beer). :P

Let the hoedown commence. . . :D

OMGs, Jenn.
Have you been lurking in Stone's and my chats?? ;)

We've definitely been talking about Stonefest, if/when he ever wins the lottery...

Sure! But the Prebefest is going to be at the coast right?

I was under the assumption that the Prebefest would go to the Prebe but if the Prebe can get to SF then that's even better....

If the mountain won't.... and all that. Heh!

I'm afraid that since my in-laws are paying for the trip (read: paying for the pleasure of our company ;)); and since the Prebes are themselves no more solvent than church-mice, a round trip to SF is not the most likely of options.

Then we bring the fest to the Prebe and company....

*humbly bows*

I will do my utmost to provide some of the famous Jell-o-Stone pudding...
