NationStates.net

Is anyone else playing?
It would be cool to form our own region of Watch players...

If you join in, my Nation, like on FaceBook, is The Illumined.

I've really enjoyed the FaceBook version, Av.
Come join me here, if you're not on FaceBook.

I've been on that site for some time, but haven't bothered to check my nation in about two months. It's a very interesting premise, it just got old for me eventually.

Looks like most of the action is in the forums, regional and otherwise.

I don;t think I've checked up on my nation for a couple of years. Didn't we have a Watch group set up on there at one point?

If you did, and someone still has access to it, I would love to know where.

The nation I set up on Facebook was my second one. A few years ago I had a nation, but lost interest after the issues began to recycle. That's the main reason I have the issues sent 3 times a week rather than every day.

ah...do the issues recycle?
I haven't noticed that yet.
Bummer.

They do, although there are now 260 IIRC. But, because they've got (if-then) logic, you only qualify for certain issues based on the characterics of your nation. The cycling doesn't mean anything really. Not in terms of game mechanics anyway.

So if you're a democracy, you won't get dictorship issues, etc.

Makes sense, but I think your government changes, based on your resolutions. The Illumined's description changed based on the results of one issue. The title apparently has nothing to do with what the software determines your ruling style is...

Are you in Av? Who are you?

Send The Illumined a telegram, so I can find you, please.
Cj has already linked me.

So who is Cj?

And shouldn't the region be "The Land"? ;)

Haven't actually set up a region yet. Seemed silly for only two confirmed players, heh. If someone else wants to do it, though, go ahead.

After my initial attempt to create an Apathetic State failed (due to someone having stolen the name) I decided to name my nation after my main online alias.

Mwahahahaha...see if you can find me before I figure a way to get you nuked... ;)

(Actually, I started a region too. Password protected for now.)

Maybe we can use this thread as our forum...
