Is there a way to tag it so that we can at least see which post got thanked? I'm so very curious.... nosy.... needy.... pretty please????

The Thanks thing has been bothering me since it began. Knowing one has been thanked means nothing without a way to find out which posts are being thanked. We need to either make it useful or get rid of it altogether!

Inquiring minds DO want to know.
Once we find who has thanked us, do we have to make a "Your Welcome" button?

I dunno, Cheval. . . that might make things complicated!

I think we should replace it with "No Thanks."-jay

I don't really need to know who thanked me, I just want to know why.

Why? Because we like you.

There's a far more complicated system that exists out there but I chose to not use it because it wouldn't have been long before we'd be fielding more questions and issues than anything else. I'll certainly keep having the odd look to see if this version has been upgraded to indicate which post and by who but I don't expect it any time soon.

Oh, fer cryin' out loud. Who cares which post you've been thanked for? Bask in the glow and move on, folks!
Think of it as a Secret Pal thing. Except without the crappy presents you always get because your name always gets pulled by some moron you don't know very well...

Why not just scrap the thing and forget all about it? Everyone's issues with it solved.

If Vain's idea doesn't work, I'm with you on this.

I refuse to use the "Thanks" button, but if I hadn't done that, you'd get one for this.
Get rid of the damn thing.

You have 10 thanks though...
It's lack of existence wouldn't trouble me. But niether does the reverse.
