As soon as the tiger is within 60 feet of the Rogue, and clearly heading for Caamora, the rogue begins loosing his alchemical silver arrows at it.
As soon as the tiger is within 30 feet, he will make ranged sneak attacks with his bow.
He will continue firing at it until all ammunition is exhausted, unless one of the melee fighters is in imminent danger of death, at which point he will jump from the rooftop, and engage the tiger with his rapier.
Irian will wait for the tiger to engage Caamora, who will hopefully keep it within 75' of Irian's location. For each round that it is within 75', Irian will load and fire her silvered crossbow bolts, as long as she has a clear shot that would not threaten her friends in melee with the tiger.
For any round that the tiger moves beyond 75', once battle commences, Irian will shoot Magic Missile at it, up to her maximum use of level 1 spells.
Once all Magic Missiles are spent, if there are any crossbow bolts left, Irian will fire them further than 75', even with the accuracy penalty.
Should the battle go beyond the number of bolts Irian has to defeat the tiger, Irian will try Ray of Frost on the tiger whenever it is within range of that spell. If it is beyond the range of Ray of Frost, and there are Magic Missile spells left to her, Irian will use those when necessary.
If there are two were tigers now, Irian hopes they engage each other. Regardless, Irian will focus her attacks on whichever tiger is suffering more damage at the time.
Should all bolts and spells be exhausted, Irian will enter the fray as a last desperate attempt with her dagger if the rest of the party are in danger of death (maybe I should leave the option of one level 1 spell to me, so I can cast Mage Armor. That's a decision I'll make on the fly if I am around should it come to that point). Otherwise she will watch the rest of the party from the rooftop, per her escort's private instructions...
Oh...
...and just in case lycanthropes can change back to human form at will, since I don't know if they can or not, I have drawn up the rope behind me...

I forgot...
Once Vargon engages the tiger, Irian will set Merlin (her hawk) to flanking the tiger (flying only to distract) on the opposite side from Vargon, in defense of itself. Also, is Merlin capable of doing aid another in addition to flanking as Vargon attacks the tiger?

From his concealment, Charn first wishes to cast Bless. As soon as he is able to do so afterwards, he will cast Enlarge Person upon Vargon.
With those spells cast, Charn will step into melee (using silvered mace) alongside Caamora and/or Vargon, with the hopes of flanking the beast without directly crossing the lines-of-sight (based on initial known positions) of the archers.
If the tiger takes anyone down or grievously wounds them (with the exception of himself), Charn will attempt to draw them out of immediate harm and cast Cure Light Wounds upon them.

Vargon drinks his potion of Bull's Strength and remains hiding in the crate.
Xavier readies an action to fire his shortbow at the tiger as soon as it's within 60ft.
Charn casts Bless. Everyone gets a +1 bonus to attack rolls and saves against fear effects.
Irian readies an action to fire a bolt as soon as the tiger engages Caamora.
The Tiger charges towards Caamora. The moment the target enters 60ft range, Xavier looses a silvered arrow at it. It hits and does 1 damage. The Tiger reaches Caamora and pounces on her, attacking with both claws and a bite. Two of those attacks hit and deal 14 damage. Caamora falls to the floor, unconscious
Irian fires a bolt at The Tiger as soon as it attacks Caamora. The bolt strikes in right in the kidney, and deals 2 damage.
Caamora is dying and loses 1 hp

Irian's heart leaped into her throat, yet she dared not scream for fear of distracting Vargon from his task. Notching her next bolt, she intently awaited her next opportunity to shoot at the tiger...

Charn is changing things up a bit. He wishes to cast Cure Light Wounds on Vargon at next opportunity. If Vargon is still upright at that point (gulp) he will then cast Enlarge Person upon Vargon.
He will then immediately apply his Heal skill to stabilize Caamora, then try to get a swing in on the tiger.

Cure Light Wounds is a touch spell. you'll need to head over to Vargon to do it. You'll be able to cast enlarge person from a distance, but then it'll be three rounds before you can stabilise Caamora.

As long as either Charn or Vargon remains between the Tiger and Caamora, that's a chance Charn will have to take.
Charn will approach Vargon to apply CLW, then step back towards Caam before casting Enlarge Person on Vargon, so he is ready to apply Heal check as soon as both spells are loosed.

Vargon Takes a 5ft step back, then prepares to dodge if The Tiger should attack him.
Xavier fires his shortbow at The Tiger but misses.
Charn runs over to Vargon and casts Cure Light Wounds on him. He heals him for 7 damage
Irian fires another bolt at The Tiger and misses
The Tiger takes a 5ft step and then attacks Vargon with both claws and a bite. Only one claw hits, and deals 8 damage. Vargon falls to the floor, unconscious.
Caamora is dying and loses 1 hp

"Flee the battle my friend! We are hopless! Irian FLEEEEE"
The claw hit Vargon hard on the chest. A lot of blood spurt from the wound, then Vargon dropped to the ground.

Suddenly, another tiger, which looks more powerful and muscular than the original, runs in at high speed at charges the first tiger!
It attacks with 2 claws, 2 rakings and a bite. All 5 attacks hit and The Tiger is cut in half. There's blood everywhere. As the body of the tiger falls to the floor, it changes shape into human form. You recognise him as the sheriff.
[I'm pausing it here for you guys to have a chance to change your plans to reflect this new development.]
